Torii Mor is a family winery in Dundee, Oregon, founded in 1993 and best known for Pinot Noir. Its Willamette Valley Pinot Gris is 100% Pinot Gris, fermented and aged in stainless steel to keep the fruit pure.

Aromas of ripe pear, apple, and honeysuckle lead to bright acidity and a juicy palate with stone fruit and a delicate note of honey and ginger. It shines with salmon and other rich seafood, pasta dishes, and lightly spiced Thai food.
