Solis Lumen is an organic orange wine from Domaine Montrose, a family estate in Languedoc's Pays d'Oc that has been in the same family for nine generations. It is a blend of about 90% Muscat à petits grains and 10% Grenache Gris, macerated for seven days in concrete tanks.

The wine leans fragrant and fruity, with orange, peach, honeysuckle, and warm spice, and a texture that is easygoing rather than austere. It is meant for aperitifs, Asian dishes, and cheese platters. The bottle has a screw cap.
