Poças Júnior White Porto is a refined Portuguese fortified wine produced from white grapes grown in the Douro Valley. A blend of Malvasia Fina, Códega, Rabigato, and Viosinho, it is matured in wood for three years before blending and filtration. The wine combines floral aromas with fresh tropical and citrus fruit, complemented by delicate notes of apricot, toasted almond, honey, and herbs. The palate is smooth, fresh, and pleasantly fruity, making it an elegant aperitif as well as a versatile cocktail ingredient. Serve chilled and enjoy on its own, with tonic, or alongside pancakes with honey, fruit desserts, nuts, and soft cheeses.
